Whether participants are currently in a role, between roles, or preparing for their next opportunity, Make Your Mark For HR Leaders helps them strengthen their confidence, and communicate with greater authority and presence.

The Make Your Mark Framework, Applied to HR Leadership

HR leaders are routinely required to influence, advise, challenge and reassure - often in complex, sensitive and high-stakes situations.


Across the four sessions, participants use my Make Your Mark framework to explore how they communicate, how they are perceived, and how they can show up with greater presence, credibility and impact.


Participants are encouraged to think about how they can apply the toolkit directly to HR leadership scenarios, including senior stakeholder conversations, presentations, interviews, workplace discussions and moments where clear, confident communication matters most.​

An Interactive Roundtable Format

Each workshop brings together a small group from Elliott Scott's HR community in a confidential, interactive roundtable setting.


Participants are invited to share insights, reflect on their own communication style, learn from one another, and practise practical techniques they can use immediately in their professional lives. The format creates space for honest discussion, focused learning and valuable connection with like-minded HR professionals.

Interview Preparation and Workplace Communication

Make Your Mark for HR Leaders is relevant for HR professionals at different career stages and transition points.

 

For those preparing for interview, the series helps participants articulate their value, strengthen their presence and communicate with clarity under pressure.
 

For those currently in role, it supports more confident workplace communication - from speaking in meetings and presenting to groups, to influencing stakeholders and leading important conversations.
