This client charter explains what you can expect from me if we work together, how you can help me create the best coaching experience for you, and how you can share feedback on what is working well and what could be better.
What you can expect from me
I will always strive to:

listen to your feedback and act on it appropriately

refer you to others if I believe they could support you better

care for and listen to you with empathy and without judgment

communicate clearly and promptly

respond to urgent messages the same day and to non-urgent messages within five working days

abide by the ICF Code of Ethics to deliver and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion

You can help me provide the best possible service by:

being totally honest, especially if something is not working for you

giving me a clear brief of your coaching needs and working preferences

At the end of our work together, I will invite you to complete a brief feedback survey so I can learn from your experience of working with me. I may also ask for a testimonial and a Google review. If you feel able to provide either, I would be very grateful but there is absolutely no obligation.
