Susan Room Client Charter

My clients are at the heart of my business. Understanding your needs and giving you a transformational coaching experience are my top priorities.

This client charter tells you what you can expect from me, how you can help me give you the best coaching experience and how you can tell me what is working well and not so well.

What you can expect from me

I will continuously strive to 

 

  • work in your best interests

  • keep our agreements and respect your time

  • treat you in a way you would like to be treated

  • listen to your feedback and act upon it appropriately

  • refer you to others if I think they could help you better

  • care for and listen to you with empathy and without judgment

  • communicate with you in clear English and in a timely manner

  • respond to urgent messages the same day and non-urgent messages within 48 hours.

  • abide by the ICF Code of Ethics to deliver the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion

What I ask of you

You can help me provide a better service to you by

  • keeping our agreements

  • respecting my time as I will yours

  • treating me as you would like to be treated

  • informing me of any changes in your circumstances

  • being totally honest, especially if something isn’t working for you

  • giving me a clear brief of your coaching needs and working preferences

  • responding the same day to urgent messages I send you and to non-urgent messages within 48 hours

At the end of our work together, I will invite you to complete a brief feedback survey to understand and learn from your experience of working with me. I will also ask you for a testimonial and a Google review. If you feel able to provide these I'd be very grateful but, of course, there is no obligation to do so.
